Madness is coming. Men's NCAA Basketball action heats up when The #17 Duke Blue Devils travel to North Carolina to battle the #5 Tar Heels on March 4th at 8pm EST. It was a night for No. 5 UNC (26-6, 14-4 ACC) to celebrate Isaiah Hicks, who finished with 21 points and nine rebounds.

Joel Berry began Saturday night's game in an unfamiliar position: relegated to the bench, the star junior briefly ceding the spotlight to North Carolina's seniors on Senior Night in Chapel Hill. North Carolina was sagging with injuries during this meeting and the Blue Devils had the home fans on their side.

Graduate of the University of North Carolina. On Saturday, senior forward Isaiah Hicks - who missed the game at Duke on February 9 because of a hamstring injury - had 21 points and nine rebounds in his final home game.

Hart finished 8 of 15 from the field with six rebounds, four assists and three steals to lead the Wildcats (28-3, 15-3 Big East) to their fifth consecutive victory over the Hoyas (14-17, 5-13) - tying the longest streak in the history of the rivalry.

The Tar Heels have faced Duke seven times under head coach Roy Williams in a finale with first place at stake and have won each battle. But the Tar Heels shot 51% from the floor and were +5 in rebounding.

Meeks, a senior, is fourth in the ACC in rebounding with 9.1 boards per game.

The controversial Duke guard drew a foul on UNC guard Brandon Robinson but elbowed him in the face as well, which resulted in Allen's getting called for a technical foul. They will be the number one seed in the ACC Tournament in NY this week and will nearly assuredly be a number one seed in the NCAA Tournament barring a major disaster at the Barclays Center.

The forward also earned All-ACC first team honors with Wake Forest's John Collins, Notre Dame's Bonzie Colson, Duke's Luke Kennard, and Louisville's Donovan Mitchell. "I thought a couple of those possessions, we should have gotten stops", Jefferson said. The nation's preseason No. 1-ranked team instead ended up with the No. 5 seed and a single-round bye in Brooklyn. That, along with the Demon Deacons' win at Virginia Tech on Saturday, moved coach Danny Manning's program onto more solid footing in its pursuit of the program's first NCAA Tournament bid since 2010.
