Authorities have a Madison man in custody who could have been involved with May 13 fatal hit and run on Highway 113 in the Town of Westport.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office said 25-year-old Francisco Martinez, of Madison, is being held at the Dane County Jail on a probation violation unrelated to the incident that left Curtis Bonds, 30, dead.

Authorities said Martinez was brought to jail Sunday, May 14th when he made contact with a Fitchburg Police Officer and was booked on the probation hold and arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.
