Today, during the EVO 2017 livestream, Tekken 7 Producer and Director Katsuhiro Harada announced a new character that will join the cast of the game.
In addition to Geese, a new stage, Geese Tower, was also revealed for the game, and is likely to be packaged in with his character upon release, which is likely to be sometime later this year.
With a new trailer, Bandai Namco confirmed that Fatal Fury series' villain Geese Howard will be joining the Tekken 7 roster. At first, he made sure to share to give Dragon Ball FighterZ some love before delving into the game he's still fine tuning to perfection - Tekken 7. Geese looks pretty stunning and all the more intimidating in 3D with his signature red hakama training trousers on.
Geese Howard made his debut in 1991 SNK classic Fatal Fury: King of Fighters as the local crime boss. Check out Geese's gameplay video below. He'll be coming to the game in winter. All that being said, Tekken 7 is a formidable entry into the fighting genre, and will provide hundreds of hours of fun for fans and newcomers alike.
The bowling mini-game was first introduced in "Tekken Tag Tournament" and it became a popular game mode during the PlayStation 2 era.
This announcement follows on from Akuma from Street Fighter appearing in Tekken 7, making Geese the second non-Namco character in the Tekken series.
