Extremely Purple, One-Off McLaren 720S Presented to Wealthy Client at Pebble Beach

Pink Mc Laren 720S by MSO revealed at Pebble Beach

The colour is officially called Fux Fuscia in case you were wondering

McLaren's don't come much more bespoke than this. For this weekend's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, McLaren unveiled a custom 720S made for USA collector Michael Fux, and it'll be the only one painted this color in the world.

The new "Fux Fuchsia" shade combines a fuchsia paint finish with white leather interior and body-coloured accents to create a one-of-a-kind McLaren.

The man, the myth, the legend, Michael Fux, has ordered and taken delivery of a one-off McLaren 720S that is unlike any other.

In addition to the "Fux Fuchsia" color, Fux had MSO add the distinctive shade to a line on the lightweight wheels, on the door appliques inside the auto, as well as pinstriping on the steering wheel and rear-view mirror cover.

Earlier today, Mr Fux shared the inspiration for his original Rolls-Royce colour, it's actually pretty fitting to this car's debut location in that it was matched to a flower he found past year during his visit to Pebble Beach! Sure the paintwork identifies the auto as being created to order, but then again, the automaker offered Mr. Fux the exclusive rights to use Fux Fuchsia on any other McLaren vehicle.

Use of the colour is not just limited to where you might expect it; see the lip of the wheels, the steering wheel pinstripe and the rear-view mirror.

The bespoke McLaren 720S will join Michael Fux's collection which includes a bright yellow Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead and a relatively boring (colour-wise!) LaFerrari Aperta! Indeed McLaren's Sales and Marketing Director Jolyon Nash talks of "virtually limitless possibilities" and "the most demanding customer requirements" in the press material, suggesting that the sky really is the limit as far as personalisation goes.

The interior is also finished in pure while, with white stitching and white Alcantara floor mats (we're sure those won't get dirty).
