Nintendo Premieres New Trailer, Info for Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Receives An Official Release Date

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 special edition and pro controller revealed in Nintendo Direct

Nintendo is pleased to announce today that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is simultaneously releasing worldwide for the Nintendo Switch in December 1.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is the third game in the series which began back in 2012 with the original Xenoblade Chronicles while the Wii U got Xenoblade Chronicles X three years later in 2015.

The special edition will retail at a cool $100, and include a sound selection CD, a steelbook case and a whopping 220-page artbook.

Meanwhile, those looking for a little more practicality from their collectibles can snag a Xenoblade Chronicles 2-themed Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Experience the story of Rex and his new friend, Pyra, a mysterious being known as a Blade who grants him tremendous power.

During this evening's Direct presentation, Xenoblade Chronicle 2's case wasn't helped by an in-depth presentation in which a posh man said some stuff and managed to make the quite brilliant looking Xenoblade Chronicles 2 look quite boring.
