"Bradford was limited in practice on Wednesday with a knee injury", Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio reported.
Quarterback Sam Bradford was the brightest among a number of bright lights in the Vikings 29-19 win over the Saints.
According to the NFL, Bradford and Kansas City's Alex Smith became the first quarterbacks in league history to complete 80 percent of their passes, throw for at least 325 yards and have at least three touchdowns with no interceptions in their opening game. For his efforts, Bradford was named the NFC Player of the Week.
The NFC Player of the Week award is the first of Bradford's career, and he is the first Vikings QB to claim the honor since Brett Favre nabbed it for his play in the 2009 regular season finale vs. NY Giants.
Also limited was linebacker Emmanuel Lamur, who's been dealing with a hamstring injury, and linebacker Anthony Barr did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury. After he was waived September 2, the 49ers had expressed interest in putting him on their practice squad.
