West Ham may have lost their first three games of the Premier League season, but appear to be turning a corner having beaten Huddersfield Town and drawn with West Bromwich Albion in their last two Premier League games.
Tottenham have won both their away league games this season and West Ham will look to put an end to that run on Saturday when Spurs visit the London Stadium.
Pochettino's side will be looking for another away win this weekend as they look to establish themselves as contenders for the Premier League title, having already slipped five points off top spot.
And although their record in this fixture is not great, West Ham winning three of their last four home league games against Spurs, including a 1-0 success in May, those poor results should be further fuel for the visitors in Saturday's clash at London Stadium.
The Sky Sports pundit has predicted that Mauricio Pochettino's men will earn an emphatic 3-1 victory at the London Stadium and knock back the Hammers just as they were beginning to show signs of progress in the Premier League.
"You have a few teams, it varies but I still think they are, yes", said Bilic.
"This is a match they have to win because they can not give the two Manchester teams any more of a head-start. That might not be enough against Spurs but we will also have to do some extra things on the pitch to hurt them", he added.
