One of the headliners has pulled out of Metropolis

This week we have received the unfortunate news that, due to a back injury sustained by T Boz (Tionne Watkins), TLC have been forced to reschedule their European Tour of UK, Germany and France - which also includes their performance at Metropolis Festival.

"The cervical disc problems in her spine have advanced to the point of having significant pain due to nerve compression".

The European leg of the tour was originally scheduled to begin on October 16 in Hamburg, Germany, and continue for a month before a final show in the U.K.in November. The singer is working with her orthopedic surgeon on the issue and that physician recommended they postpone the tour; the group is working on rescheduling the dates and asked fans to return tickets to point of purchase for a full refund. "TLC would like to thank all of their fans across Europe for their continued support and understanding and look forward to seeing them in 2018".

"Chilli and I are very disappointed that we have been left with no choice but to postpone our debut European tour", the duo said in the statement.

The tour news comes at the same time that T-Boz has been speaking out about the police-involved shooting of her cousin, Eddie Russell Jr., 25, by the Peoria Police Department.

They have had a small bit of a set back as TLC have cancelled their European tour, which is a nightmare for the organisers, but they have pulled some fantastic new acts out of the bag. They released their final studio album, TLC, in June (17).
