PlayStation 4 owners can play online for free this week

Play your PS4 games online for free this weekend without the need for PlayStation Plus

PlayStation Plus goes free for five days starting tomorrow

Those looking to pick up a PlayStation 4 this holiday season, or on/around Black Friday, will be able to do so for only $199.99 beginning on November 19th, 2017.

For starters, all PlayStation VR units will be reduced by R1000. This includes the recently announced PlayStation VR Gran Turismo Sport Bundle at $299.99 USD (MSRP) and PlayStation VR Skyrim VR Bundle at $349.99 USD (MSRP). The trial also extends to gamers of the PS3 and PS Vita consoles. We'll have more details on PS Store Black Friday offers in the coming days, so stay tuned.

The PlayStation 4 Hit Bundle will also be available at R3999, down from the suggested retail price of R5299. According to the tweet, Call of Duty: WWII, Destiny 2, NBA 2K18, FIFA 18, Madden NFL 18, and South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be on sale, as will a number of other unmentioned games.

Starting on 17 November, and running through to 26 November 2017, participating retailers will have a large variety of PlayStation games, consoles and even accessories up for grabs at reduced prices. The list is fairly extensive, but has been collated into a table below.

In case you're unfamiliar, these types of events allow players who own multiplayer-capable games to play online with others and use the biggest feature of PlayStation Plus features without paying for a subscription.
