It's also safe to say that benchmarks may not always be a measurement of how good the phone is. Latest leak spotted by Forbes hints a mini variant of the Galaxy S9, while the other two will be similar to its predecessors.

The new commercial entitled, "Samsung Galaxy: Growing Up", shows a young man buying his first iPhone in 2007 and ending buying the latest Galaxy Note 8 at the end of the commercial. Samsung outperformed itself this year with the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, which conquered still competition like the LG G6 and even the iPhone 8. If we compared these scores with the Apple's premium flagship smartphone, AKA, the Apple iPhone X, then, these scores are nowhere in line with those scores of the Apple iPhone X, which scores up to 4198 points on the single core performance and 10056 points on the multi-core performance. More details on Samsung's flagship phone are bound to surface in the coming weeks.

Samsung is rumored to be working on improving the Iris scanner and face recognition tech on its upcoming flagship phone, Galaxy S9.

According to the listing, the J5 Prime 2018 will have a 4.8-inch display with a 120 x 720 px resolution amounting to a widescreen aspect ratio of 16:9.

There's a lot ot like about these phones, from the specs, to the overall design, the display, the processor hardware and performance, the battery life, and the camera experience. It is unknown if the Snapdragon variant would feature 6GB instead of 4GB of RAM, but it is possible.

But there is one thing that's kind of annoying; the Bixby key. The Indian version will most likely have the Exynos chipset.

As the holiday season arrives, the companies are ready to launch another wave of devices for their 2018 lineup.

The benchmarks reveal a new octa-core Exynos processor and also mention that the device will come with the Android 8.0 Oreo. Ahead of the launch, here's EVERY concept, render and leaked image of the hotly-anticipated smartphone.
